2010 – 2012 : Set up HSBC Global Technology Centre in Malaysia from an HR perspective and establish its footprint as an employer of choice Head the Talent Acquisition and Talent management function leading a team of 4 HR team members Interim “Head of HR” from June,2011 – May,2012 responsible towards driving all HR functions for 500+ employees2004-06 : Drive the Talent Acquisition initiative solely
responsible for attracting and hiring 1500+ Java / J2EEprofessionals across all levels
2006-10 : Sr.HRBP supporting 4 Business Unit’s driving the business HR priorities working closely with Leadership Team, internal business stakeholders leading a team of 4 HRBP’s overall responsible for 2400 employees.
Provide HR leadership as a strategic Business Partner for APAC, LATAM, North America, Europe, and Middle East regions
Key achievements:
- Won the HSBC “Team Award” in 2010 towards leading the Recruitment team
- Achieving steep ramp growth plans from 30 to 500 IT people within 1 year in HSBC Malaysia Successfully structured the compensation model for over 2400 Associates from across 5 Business Units.
